Agenda for SFBCA Indoor Meeting

Please join us next Tuesday evening for fly tying, bamboo rod building, net handle crafting, fishing tales and more.
Fly Tying: We plan to have 2 fly tying workshops running simultaneously , giving you the choice of demos for either a damselfly nymph or a Hendrickson dry fly. Read Tedy’s article here: https://scarboroughflyandbaitcasting.wordpress.com/2017/04/01/dry-fly-fishing-mayflies/.
Bamboo Rod Building: We expect several folks will be working on their Ganaraska Special bamboo rod splines at this meeting and perhaps one member will be gluing-up some blank sections. We also expect to show a new builder how to split cane.
Net Handle Building: Several net handle projects are underway by members. Feel free to bring in your project to compare notes or to learn how it can be done.
Fishing Tales: Fishing is the common interest of our group. If you have a favourite picture or two to share, please do so. They can’t all be whoppers but they are all a thrill.
